Did you know you can book your appointment online?

Using online services makes it more convenient for people at our practice, as there’s no need to make a phone call or visit us. Computer, smartphone or tablet users can make or cancel an appointment at a time that suits them, even when the practice is closed.

If you are not already registered for GP online services please let a member of the practice team know you would like to use this service.

All consultations are on an appointment basis, however urgent cases will be seen the same day wherever possible.

The surgery runs on a 24/48 hour access system. If you have a preference as to which doctor you wish to see please mention this when booking appointments. We will try to accommodate your request but please be aware that you may have to wait longer than 48 hours to see the doctor of your choice.

Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

Telephone Consultations

Telephone Consultations are available on request.  Results can be given by telephone by the nurse in an arranged telephone consultation.  Please ask at reception for details.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If patients repeatedly fail to attend appointments it may result in them being removed from the practice list.
